Camping L’Arize in La Bastide-de-Sérou. At the foot of the Pyrenees in the Ariège department, lies the family campground L’Arize. The 4-star campground features a swimming pool, as well as the Arize River. In the shallow river you can play, swim and build dams. In the area you can bike, hike and horseback ride. Bicycles can be rented at the campground and the equestrian center is right next door. In high season there is entertainment for young & old. For example, theme nights, circus, campfire making and night swimming. Camping L’Arize is open from early April to late October.
