Vierzon City Campground, CampO’village, is a cozy 3-star campground on the banks of the Cher River in the Centre-Val de Loire region. This lush, green campground is ideal as a vacation spot or a stopover, located close to the A71 (Exit 6, 5 min) and A20 (Exit 7, 10 min) highways.
The spacious, marked-off campsites offer a mix of sun, shade, and privacy, and are suitable for tents, trailers, and RVs. For extra comfort, you can stay in mobile homes equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, and heating, or in wooden and canvas hiker’s cabins, perfect for cyclists on the Canal de Berry à Vélo route.
The campground offers a playground, table tennis, bocce, and hiking trails along the river. Wi-Fi is free, and the restrooms are clean and accessible to people with disabilities. For breakfast, you can order fresh rolls, and on the snack bar’s patio, you can enjoy drinks and ice cream. Local delicacies are available for purchase at the grocery store.
Campo Village Vierzon is open from early April through mid-October.
