Flower Camping La Rivière is a cozy 3-star campsite in Saint-Maime (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence), between Luberon and Verdon. Located next to a fishing pond and the Largue River, the natural site offers a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of greenery and shade. The campsite has 48 pitches and 77 rental accommodations, including different types of mobile homes, bungalows toilés and lodges; there are also models for larger families and disabled people.
The campground is open from the end of March to the end of October. For water fun, there is a heated outdoor pool with paddling pool, water play equipment and a small slide; the pool is open daily in high season. Thanks to its direct location on the river, you can paddle, fish or cool off on the bank on site; a short drive away are also swimming lakes such as Esparron and Sainte-Croix.
For food and drink there is a bar-restaurant and snack with takeaway (including pizzas), daily bread service and a small store in season. In July and August the team provides light entertainment with a mini-club, sports tournaments and fun evenings with live music. You will also find a playground, multi-sports field, petanque, table tennis and a small animal pasture. Thanks to its green location, swimming pool and river, La Rivière is a fine base for families and those seeking peace and quiet to discover Provence.
