Flower Camping Saint Martin is a small-scale 3-star campsite in Sorèze (Tarn), at the foot of the Montagne Noire and within walking distance of the historic village. The site has 38 partially shaded pitches for tent, caravan and motorhome and 12 rental accommodations ranging from fully equipped mobile homes and wooden chalets to lodge tents with covered terrace.
The campground is open from early April to mid-October. From mid-May to mid-September, the unheated 7 × 13-meter outdoor swimming pool is open; loungers on a sundeck surround it.
For food and drinks, in high season there is a bar-snack with breakfast service, ice creams, drinks and takeaway such as pizza. Every morning you can order fresh bread and in July and August there are regular themed evenings.
It lacks its own beach or river, but the recreational lake Lac de Saint-Ferréol is about six kilometers away and offers swimming and water sports opportunities. Cycling and hiking trails start directly from the campground; as an “Accueil Vélo,” the site offers, among other things, a locked storage and repair point.
With its quiet, green surroundings, practical swimming pool and friendly atmosphere, Flower Camping Saint Martin makes a relaxing base for exploring the Tarn, the Canal du Midi and the Montagne Noire.
