Flower Camping Le Fou du Roi is a small-scale 3-star campsite in Lansargues (Hérault), in the middle of the Petite Camargue and surrounded by vineyards. The site is green and shady and offers 36 pitches and 26 rental accommodations, mainly mobile homes in various designs (also air-conditioned) for two to six people.
The campground is open from early April to early October. For water fun, there is an outdoor 12 × 6-meter pool with separate paddling pool, usually open from mid-May to mid-September. Surrounding the pool is a sun deck with loungers.
For food and drink during the season there is a bar-snack with terrace and daily bread service. In July and August, light entertainment and entertaining evenings are organized; children will find a playground and there are sports and games such as petanque and table tennis.
There is no private river or beach, but the wide sandy beaches of the Mediterranean (including La Grande-Motte, Le Grau-du-Roi and Palavas) are about 20 kilometers away. Thanks to its quiet, rural location and practical amenities, Le Fou du Roi is a fine base for families and those seeking peace and quiet to explore the southern Hérault.
