On the edge of the pine forests lies the Ushuaïa Villages La Maïade campsite, a green oasis where you can enjoy the silence and beauty of the landscape. At the heart of the campsite is a magnificent swimming pool, open from June 2024, surrounded by a magnificent oak tree under which a snack bar and terrace are hidden. This is the ideal place for a leisurely meal, a quick pizza or a cozy evening with friends and family.
The campground offers various activities, including beach volleyball, the traditional pétanque tournament, lively table tennis matches and morning runs through nature. For teenagers, there is a special area with table soccer and board games, while the youngest guests can have fun in the play area.
Close to the beaches and the lake of Mimizan, there are various accommodation options, from mobile homes, chalets and pitches for tents, campers and caravans. The front desk is wide open and ready to help with hiking trails, activities and sightseeing. There are also several facilities available, including a laundry, grocery store, baby kit, communal barbecue and a library.
