Flower Camping de Mars is a 4-star campground in Cordelle, in the Loire department, situated in a peaceful, green setting with a beautiful view of Lake Villerest. This small, family-run campground is located about 17 kilometers from Roanne and is particularly well-suited for those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers, and active vacationers who enjoy hiking, biking, and water sports.
The campground is open from early April through mid-October. There are a total of 63 sites, consisting of 47 campsites for tents, trailers, and RVs, and 18 rental accommodations. The range of rental accommodations includes mobile homes, chalets, and furnished tents at various comfort levels.
Flower Camping de Mars features a heated outdoor pool with a separate children’s pool. There is also a wellness area that includes a hot tub and sauna. The campground has a restaurant serving simple meals and regional dishes, as well as a bar with a terrace.
Lake Villerest is located right next to the campground and offers opportunities for relaxation, fishing, and various water activities. There is no traditional sandy beach, but there is direct access to the lake and the surrounding nature.
