Camping Le Cormoran is a luxury 5-star campground in Ars-en-Ré, on the beautiful Île de Ré in Charente-Maritime. Located just 500 meters from the beach, this campground offers a relaxing stay in the heart of nature, surrounded by woods and fields.
You can choose from spacious campsites, comfortable mobile homes in three luxury categories, or camping with private restroom facilities. For extra relaxation, there’s a large, heated water park with swimming pools, a wellness center, and a balneotherapy area. The kids’ and teens’ clubs organize plenty of activities, such as scavenger hunts, sports tournaments, and creative workshops.
Sports enthusiasts can enjoy the tennis court, the fitness center, or rent bikes to explore the island along its 110 kilometers of bike trails. After an active day, enjoy a cocktail on the sunny terrace or delicious dishes at the restaurant, such as seafood, pizzas, and salads. Takeout is also available.
The campground is ideally located for walks along the coast and through the salt marshes. Explore Fier d’Ars Bay while wading in the shallows, or visit the charming village of Ars-en-Ré, just 800 meters away. Via the bridge to the mainland, you can easily reach attractions such as Fort Boyard and Royan.
