Camping La Ribere in Barèges at 1200 meters altitude at the foot than the Pic du Midi.
The small La Ribere campground is located near the Grand Tourmalet–Pic du Midi ski area, which features 100 kilometers of slopes. For cyclists, the Col du Tourmalet is 10 kilometers from the campground.
The campground is open from early December through early November. Campsites are available for rent from mid-May through early November. A charging station for electric vehicles is located 500 meters from the campground. The GR 10 hiking trail passes within 800 meters of the campground.
